David Miceli, of Carrolton, Georgia, has taken a leadership role in a variety of pharmaceutical litigation cases, including a Nutraquest test case that ultimately led to settlements exceeding $35 million for more than 150 plaintiffs.* He was also selected to serve as the plaintiff’s mediation liaison in the Nutraquest case.

David is a founding member of the American Association for Justice’s (formerly ATLA) Cox-2 Litigation Group, and has led client-centric efforts on Vioxx, Bextra, Celebrex, PPA, Ephedra and Baycol as well.
